   Please note that small accessories and lightweight items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class.

2. Oversized Items and Special Deliveries: Certain oversized items, such as Super 115 fridges, require special handling and are sent via a 2-5 day freight delivery service. While we make every effort to dispatch these items as quickly as possible, please allow for the additional delivery timeframe.

3. Delivery Charges: For certain remote areas, a two-day delivery service may be required, incurring a small additional charge. Any applicable charges will be clearly notified during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

4. Address Changes: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address. To make any changes to the delivery address, kindly visit the DPD website (https://www.dpd.co.uk) and use your provided tracking number and delivery postcode. You will have access to various options for address modifications.

5. Delivery Notification: To ensure you're well-informed, DPD will provide you with a one-hour time slot on the morning of the delivery. This allows you to plan your day accordingly and be available to receive your package.
